Individual therapy
In the individual therapy sessions, the exchange between patient and therapist takes place ‘in private’. In a protected and trusting atmosphere, intensive work is carried out at eye level and the problem is explored in a targeted manner.
What characterises individual therapy?
The special features of individual therapy lie in the individualised and intensive care. The patient takes centre stage, and the therapist can respond specifically to personal needs, challenges and problems.
Individual therapy is a psychotherapeutic setting that only takes place between the patient and the therapist. It is the most individualised and at the same time the most important form of treatment in the multimodal therapy concept. It is used for patients with psychological problems that they cannot overcome on their own.
Openness and the patient's inner willingness are decisive for the success of the therapy. Psychotherapy & self-awareness Psychotherapy is a scientifically recognised method that is used to prevent and treat psychological, psychosomatic and social stress. Its aim is to help people to understand themselves better and thereby enable them to live a conscious and fulfilling life.
